If you wish to subscribe to the LEM mailing list then send an email to majordomo@metoffice.gov.uk the body of the message should read:

It is intended that this can be a forum for obtaining help and advice on using the LEM, but more importantly announcements regarding bug-fixes and new versions will be sent out through this list.

If you would like to use the LEM, then we ask that you register with us. To do so please send an email to giving the following details:

• University/Employer
• Brief summary of research interests
• Intended use of LEM
